FINANCIAL PLANNING IN HUNTSVILLE, AL

Anthem advisors seeks to honor god by equipping investors on their stewardship journey.

You are an investor, but you’re so much more than that.

You are a member of a family, and maybe the member of a church. You’re part of a workplace, or a volunteer at a local organization. You have hobbies, you go on family vacations, and you have a full, busy life.

You also have questions and concerns that keep you awake at night.

You have a story. We want to honor every part of it. Our planning is intentional and tailored to your needs, wants, values, and goals.

your values. your future.
our anthem.

Finances can often feel complex, especially when you lead a busy life. At Anthem Advisors, we start with the basics to help you gain clarity. For our clients to live well, we take a holistic view and help them set goals pertaining to three key areas.

Stewardship

We’ll explore how you manage your resources, optimize your outcomes, and determine how your stewardship reflects what you value most.

Investments

Your portfolio can have purpose. While investments are an avenue for generating income, we’ll also explore how your portfolio can align with your faith.

Planning

Whatever your goals are, we’ll create a plan that drives you toward those goals. By putting each piece together, we’ll help you see your future more clearly.

Megan

Megan Cooper

bookkeeper

Megan Cooper’s career path has not followed a straight line, and that is part of what makes her approach to finance both practical and relatable. A South Carolina native, Megan graduated from Furman University with a degree in Studio Art and Education and she began her professional life teaching elementary art in Simpsonville, SC.

When a move brought her to Birmingham, Alabama, Megan discovered that some of the best opportunities are the ones you never see coming. What began as an administrative role at a food manufacturing company evolved quickly into positions in HR and payroll. She then transitioned into bookkeeping and administration for a growing church plant, gaining hands-on experience managing finances in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.   Although Megan began her career in the creative world, she has always had a natural grasp for numbers. After taking a short career break following the birth of her first son, she worked for an art and framing gallery where she handled photo restoration, custom framing, and bookkeeping. Turns out, creativity and careful attention to detail make for a powerful, professional combination!  In 2012, Megan and her family put down roots in Huntsville, Alabama, where they grew their family by four more children. For the last couple of years, she has served as the bookkeeper for Anthem Advisors, supporting the firm’s financial operations. She is currently completing her master’s degree in accounting, where she maintains a 4.0 GPA and expects to graduate in the summer of 2026.

Outside of work, Megan’s creative side still shows up around town. If you know where to look, you may spot a few murals she has painted. At home, life is wonderfully full: five children, a flock of sheep, more chickens than anyone bothers to count, and an old dairy cow, gifted by a dear friend, that Megan milks daily.  It turns out that a life spent balancing creativity, numbers, and a healthy dose of unexpected is surprisingly good preparation for a career in finance.
